Magnussen Qualifies Fourth in Doran-Lista
DORAN JE4 Lexus Saturday at Mont-Tremblant

MONT-TREMBLANT, Quebec, May 22 - Saturday afternoon Denmark's Jan Magnussen
qualified fourth for Sunday's Six Hours of Circuit Mont-Tremblant Rolex series
race at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant.

Behind the wheel of the Doran-Lista DORAN JE4 Lexus #27, Magnussen took only
1:30.395 to complete the 2.65-mile, 15-turn road course on his fastest lap
during the 15-minute qualifying session for the Daytona Prototype class.  That
computes to an average speed of 105.537 mph.

Didier Theys of Scottsdale, Ariz. will share the cockpit of the car, which
hails from Doran Enterprises' headquarters in Lebanon, Ohio, with Magnussen for
tomorrow's six-hour race.  It starts at 11 a.m. and will be broadcast live on
SPEED from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. All times
are Eastern.

"I'm a little disappointed; I thought we would qualify better than that,"
Magnussen said.  "The car wasn't bad.  It's a long race, and starting in the
second row might not be so bad.

"The balance was pretty good.  It's hard to say where they're taking time
from us.  But I still think we have a good car for the race."

The Ganassi CompUSA Riley Lexus of Scott Pruitt and Max Papis won the pole
with a 1:28.575 (107.705 mph).  The SunTrust Riley Pontiac of Max Angelelli,
Emanuel Collard and Wayne Taylor was second and the Red Bull Brumos Fabcar
Porsche of David Donohue, Darren Law and Sascha Maassen was third.

Two of the three other DORAN JE4s in the field were eighth (Michael Shank
Racing #6) and ninth (Bell Motorsports #54).  The fourth one, the G&W Motorsports
#81, didn't record a qualifying time due to engine problems.
