Doran Racing's DORAN JE4 Ford No. 78
Is Poised for Start of Rolex 24 Tomorrow

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Jan. 27 - Final preparations were made to Doran Racing's
DORAN JE4 Ford No. 78 on Friday in preparation for the Rolex 24 at Daytona
International Speedway, which starts at noon Saturday.

The car, which is sponsored by 1 Cigarette Boats/Lip-Ship Performance, SLS
Audio and Ryan Companies, will start fourth out of 67 cars tomorrow with
Sebastien Bourdais of St. Petersburg, Fla. at the wheel. Crew chief John Wright said
that the driver rotation will be Bourdais, Raul Boesel of San Paulo, Brazil,
and then B.J. Zacharias of Cincinnati.  The team is based in Lebanon, Ohio.

A fresh Robert Yates Racing-prepped Ford engine was installed in the car on
Friday, as were a fresh gearbox and new brakes.  The car has also undergone a
thorough nuts-and-bolt check, a systems check, and other final preparations for
its twice-around-the-clock test.

"Now all we can do is see what happens in the race," Bourdais noted. "It's a
good car; the team is well organized."

"I think we're ready," Zacharias added.

provide extensive live television coverage.
